Columbus Speed Dating
Columbus is the capital and the largest city in the United States of America. It was named after an explorer known as Christopher Columbus. Speed dating was originally started with the Jewish community. The Jewish community was a little keen on making their Jewish youth intermarry within themselves. It was a way of making the Jewish people marry within their religion. It was started in the year 1999 by Rabbi Yaacov. Nowadays, speed dating has spread to many other communities and religious groups. Columbus speed dating has been designed to mostly capture the busy professionals and help them find dates fast. However, even the not so busy can still join a speed dating organization and meet dates quick.
In Columbus speed dating, the singles who have registered to participate in the event spend a maximum time of seven minutes on each date. Within this time you need to have made a lasting impression on the person for them to want to meet you again. Before the start of the event, the participants are given a piece of paper where they write the names of the people they feel they would like to meet again after talking to them. Its then up to the organisers to see if there was a match within the group. They then contact the two of you to inform you of the match. You both decide whether you are still interested in meeting with each other. If you are not interested you can always tell them you are nolonger interested and not feel guilty about it.
